Clients engaging Janebridge agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about roles and requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information shared during a search
• Not approach candidates introduced by Janebridge other than through the agreed process
• Pay fees in accordance with the agreed engagement terms

Candidates using our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all submissions
• Notify Janebridge promptly of any changes in availability or circumstances
• Maintain confidentiality regarding client opportunities shared during the process

Fee structures are agreed separately in engagement letters or service agreements. Janebridge reserves the right to invoice clients upon successful placement of a candidate. Payment terms are as specified in the relevant agreement.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Janebridge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Janebridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in connection with the relevant engagement.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
